The only requirement for joining the **MoreSober.org** community is simple: Be a little more sober today than yesterday—and a little more sober this week than last.
We support anyone who intends to become more “emotionally sober” — by reducing their consumption of drugs, alcohol, nicotine, and sugar, and anyone navigating the “spiritual maladies” that plague modern life: depression, workaholism, emotional eating, bipolar patterns, narcissistic tendencies, and the myriad ways we lose connection to ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities in this self-directed world.
Imagine a family-forward, creative, collaborative explosion of music, comedy, acting, and storytelling, where there’s no fourth wall and everyone—including the band, cast, crew, and audience—becomes part of the same living, breathing show, written, recorded, and filmed in real time before your very eyes and ears, shaped by the energy in the room.
No night is ever the same, and no one leaves the same. Come one, come all… but most importantly, come MoreSober.org.
There are no mandatory dues. But if you, or someone you love, experience real transformation as a result of our gatherings or our community’s support, we invite you to give in a way that feels meaningful, perhaps equivalent to what you’d invest in the therapy, coaching, or time in a treatment program to alleviate an addiction, or a spiritual malady.
Every donation fuels the musicians, writers, actors, and filmmakers who create a creative high more compelling than any chemical one, and that high is what makes our community transformative.

MoreSober.org was born from the creative crucible of SongAA Studios St. Louis: a quiet collective of modern-day Medicis who choose to invest less in companies and more in the company we keep: the artists, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders among us who make life worth living.
